We offer executive searches, interim leadership during periods of transition, and very specific studies such as measurement of service delivery performance, compilation of an ADA or recycling plan, or development of a cycle maintenance strategy.

Financial Services:
We develop and monitor budgets at the institutional or departmental level, align spending with organizational and strategic initiatives, evaluate the quality of expenditures, track fund raising or other financial progress toward a master plan, and prepare for bond funding.

Planning Services:
We help formulate attainable and sustainable long-term goals by creating financially viable plans that carefully integrate existing conditions, future operating costs, infrastructure needs, and sound space and architectural planning. Plans range from campus master plans and conditions assessments to detailed programs for dormitory modernization, space utilization, or coordination of utilities.

Commissioning:
We ensure satisfaction with construction projects from inception to completion by overseeing the commissioning process, either from the start of construction planning, when contracts and budgets are being developed, or at the end, when detailed static and dynamic testing are required.

Project Management:
Our technical and financial experts help institutions understand the capital and operating costs of projects under consideration. We offer assistance in identifying the right architect for a project.
