Principal

Mark Rostafin has more than ten years of professional environmental consulting experience. Currently he serves as a Principal for THE STONE HOUSE GROUP, a facilities consulting firm located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania where he leads the environmental/green practice. Most recently, Mr. Rostafin conducted a four-day LEED charrette with the Building Environment and Energy Efficient Design Research Center at the China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corporation Ltd., which was focused on sustainable design and development of more than 200 schools in the Sichuan Provence of China. He is also involved in a 2 million square foot multi-use facility LEED Core & Shell Platinum Project called Parkview Green, in Beijing.
Mr. Rostafin's present work focuses on facilitating the various aspects of LEED projects (USGBC documentation, Energy Modeling, and Commissioning) and greenhouse gas emission reduction planning. Previously, Mr. Rostafin has managed environmental due diligence associated with real estate transactions for The Johns Hopkins University and Coppin State University. Mr. Rostafin has managed projects regulated under, the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, & Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC), and numerous state regulatory programs. Mr. Rostafin holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Gettysburg College and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
